From what i remeber, Vindel said that this is the:
iPhone (obviously)
Model: Uchiha
Version: Sharingan Fury 1.0

Some things here Vindel got wrong but hopefully Vindel will improve on the next one (if there are enough responses, there will be a next one).
Thats all i have to say since the birthday person (vindel) doesn't wanna say anything....
